Tim was raised in Le Center, attended both elementary and high school there and graduated in 2000.  He joined the Minnesota Army National Guard when he was a junior in high school.  He served for six years with an 11 month deployment. 

In 2002, Tim graduated from Brainerd Central Lakes Community College with an associate's degree.  He went on to the U of M Morris and graduated in 2005 with a B.A. degree in Social Science with a minor in Political Science.  During the summer of 2001 Tim spent six weeks in Washington D.C. working in Congressman James Oberstar's office.  Tim was Jim Mladek's Senate campaign manager in 2002.

Tim enjoys hunting, fishing, playing cards and spending time with friends and family.  He is a member of the VFW Post 108, American Legion Post 1803, Minnesota IRR Army National Guard and Ducks Unlimited. 

Tim is running for the House of Representatives because he believes the people of District 25A deserves to have a representative that cares about the entire distrct and its wonderful people.   He will work hard for each and every resident of District 25A.
